Why sleepers switch
Most comforters make you choose: warm but sweaty, light but flat, fluffy but impossible to wash. We built napvila so you don't have to.
Double-stuffed with airy down-alternative fibers, then tufted every few inches so the fill stays exactly where it belongs. It lofts up like a cloud the moment you unroll it — and stays that way wash after wash.
The fill traps warmth in loose air pockets instead of dense layers, so heat and moisture can escape while you sleep. Cozy in January, breathable in July.
No dry cleaner, no duvet cover required. Wash cold on gentle, tumble dry low, and the tufted construction brings the loft straight back.
Every Cloud Comforter arrives rolled inside a sage-green canvas bag with cream handles. Use it for guests, the car, the cabin, or summer storage — no vacuum bags, no closet wrestling.

In real homes

What sleepers say
I pulled it out of the bag, it fluffed up in like ten minutes and I haven't slept this well in years. It's thick but I don't wake up sweaty, which was my whole problem with my old down comforter.
Bought the queen for our apartment. Washed it once already (cold, low tumble) and it came out exactly as fluffy. The cat sleeps on it every afternoon so I guess that's the real review.
We got the king for the family bed. My toddler and our golden both pass out on it within minutes. Soft, heavy enough to feel cozy, and I love that it doesn't need a duvet cover.
I run warm and my wife runs cold, so bedding is a war. This is the first comforter we both like. Thick enough for her, breathable enough for me. Reading in bed under it is dangerous — I keep falling asleep.
Didn't expect to care about the bag but it's so nice. I keep the guest comforter rolled up in it in the hall closet and it takes up almost no space. Also the comforter itself is ridiculously fluffy.
You know that fluffy white hotel-bed feeling? That. For $89. We ordered a second one for the guest room the same week.
Arrives tightly rolled so it looked a little flat at first. Gave it a day on the bed and a quick shake and it was perfect. Would buy again — just know it needs a little time to breathe.
The shell is so smooth. I sleep with it directly on my skin, no cover, and it's cooler than I expected. Washed twice, zero clumping.
I was skeptical of a comforter from an ad, but the 30-night trial made it easy. It stayed. My old one is in the donate pile.

The honest comparison
We tested the usual options before building ours.
How it works
From the bag to your bed in under a minute.
Your comforter arrives rolled tight inside its sage-green carry bag. Pop the zipper and lift it out.
Shake it out and lay it flat. Give it ten minutes — you'll see the loft rise as the fill breathes.
No duvet cover needed. Crawl under and feel the difference on night one.
Cold wash, low tumble, done. The tufting keeps the fill in place, so it fluffs back every time.
Questions, answered
Two things: it's double-stuffed with airy down-alternative fill, and every few inches that fill is tufted in place. That combination gives you hotel-level loft that doesn't go flat, doesn't clump, and doesn't need a duvet cover.
It shouldn't. The fill holds warmth in loose air pockets rather than dense layers, so heat and moisture can escape. Most of our sleepers use it year-round; hot sleepers tell us it runs cooler than down.
No. The shell is smooth, soft and machine-washable, so it's designed to be used on its own. If you like to change the look of your bed, it fits any standard duvet cover in the same size.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low. A couple of clean tennis balls in the dryer help it fluff back faster. Don't bleach or iron.
Twin/Twin XL for a twin bed or a single sleeper on the couch; Full/Queen for full and queen beds; King/Cal King for king beds. If you like a generous overhang or share the bed with a blanket thief, go one size up.
A down-alternative microfiber fill — fluffy, hypoallergenic and completely animal-free — inside a brushed, cloud-soft polyester shell.
Sleep on it for up to 30 nights. If it isn't the best comforter you've owned, email us and we'll arrange a free return and a full refund. No restocking fees, no questions.
